Does not feel like a year. At all.

Honestly, JW is what I begin every Tuesday/Thursday with. I wake up, check if Johnny Wander updated yet, and get to my classes. It is a pleasant routine that I look forward to continuing for the next year! Congratulations Aido, Anath, and the whole rest of the crew! Thank you for working so hard every week!

I kid, I kid. Seriously, it seems like a month ago that I figured "hey, i guess this other comic Ananth's writing for could be pretty cool".

Yuko, I wish I could draw an iota as well as you can. As it stands, I can only churn out stick figures and something approximating eyes and a mouth.

Ananth, I will say, your appearance totally belies your sense of humor. Your conversations with your housemates are ones I could see myself having, and thats not some sort of creepy stalker commiseration thing oh god ill shut up now.

Congratulations to the entire JW team, and here's hoping for one more year of slice-of-life hilarity!

I think it's a sign of much awesomeness that there are so many of us who don't feel like it's been a year since this started. Some comics you read and think "Wow, are they ever going to get anywhere?" I've never once thought that with Johnny Wander.

It has been a BLAST (even though i found out about this about 3 months ago) BUT A BLAST NON THE LESS!

And that nice looking fellow on this comic seems familiar... he looks a bit like the nice scrawny man that salutes me from the mirror from time to time, Except i don't dress so well ;D

No word on posters yet - it's a definite, just gotta figure out what to make it of. We're not going to make a poster of ourselves because that's just ... weird.

A poster of you guys? That would be kinda weird (unless you are either secret superheros or in a band... or a superband). I think you should do something more along the lines of a picture of Johnny Wander and Maws in a setting, with "Johnny Wander" across the bottom. Like a legit picture, ya know?

There isn't really any character named "Johnny Wander" ... we just thought the title sounded cool and suited the theme of us jumping around a little bit creatively.

In that case, I think I'll spread rumors about a mysterious character from a lost comic ;) or I'll interpret the aesthetic as a person in my own creative work! That is, if it doesn't step on toes or weaken the trademark. ;)

I have been enjoying the comic and just re-read it the other day. I'd seen changes in consistency and art when Anath linked to the comic of buying you a skirt, and decided I wanted to re-read the comic, and I enjoyed it just as much this time around =D

Anywho, this past year of comics have been entertaining, and I look forward to reading more J*W as time goes by

Nothing wrong with that. No matter how "talented" at poetry you are (and I'm certainly not, I'm just a bibliophile), that which comes with effort and practice is really always better than impromptu.

That being said, congrats on the milestone! I've also been watching since the start, having migrated from a slightly less-regular following of Applegeeks.

I can't believe it's been a year already. Time flew, like the Maws.

I totally stumbled upon you guys by accident, and I love the comic and little stories you guys tell. The art is excellent, and I always get a smile on my face.

The Good Luck is for the future and hopefully another year of awesome comics. Hopefully more people will accidentally stumble into Johnny Walker and find amusement as I do.
