her computer died

It was a banner weekend for us ... Yuko's laptop died (it was the motherboard), both of her wipers stripped during a storm, and I got a flat! Still, Yuko made a comic happen, through hardwork and tenacity. Hooray for Yuko! I like what she did in the background of the first two panels - it is a neat effect.

Anyway, I think that's all for us! We are tired, and now we go to rest.

I'm writing this on my touch cuz my laptop won't charge and my mother board on my desk top went out. I love you tech why do you treat me so badly.

Yeah, I like that sort of smoky effect, too. It gives a very calm feeling, which is a great contrast to the last two panels. X__X

I heard about the craptasticity that was this weekend on Twitter. I hope things are starting to look up for you guys!

Ughhhh the kiss of death. My cd burner has actually ceased to work on my laptop and I refuse to bring it in - I don't know how I'd survive without it (work and play wise).

Sounds like a fun weekend. From God's sick point of view. S/He's just laughing and laughing at you guys - this weekend was like a good episode of 30 Rock for Him/Her. Blerg!

Sometimes it's just one of those weeks.

I've started to notice that Ka-Chunk is probably not necessarily the actual sound things make, but the word that signals general doom/death to whatever it's being related to.

I'm thinking they don't actually draw the webcomic, but instead shake the computer vigorously like you would when resetting an Etch-a-Sketch, until a comic spontaneously appears on the screen.

Yay for Yuko!!! You guys never fail to disappoint me. If all of that had happened to me, I would've given up--NOT YOU! Huzzah huzzah huzzah! (You have to say it three times or it's bad luck.)

That sucks about the motherboard. What a mofo. Are you going to be able to fix it? My friend's laptop did that and she lost ALL of her data that had been on the memory card (but that was after someone at the tech place melted it or some gruesome detail that makes the technological horror story less frightening and urban).

2) Never ever ever let your laptop hear how hard it's going to be worked. They will suicide to avoid hard work.

Yea it is, unfortunately. And I dont want it anymore. Any electronics Im around seem to die much earlier then they should. Among my list of victims, 4 Original XBOX consoles, 2 XBOX 360s, 1 G3 Powerbook laptop (x3), 1 G4 Apple Tower, and various other electrical items.

If only I could control my power.

p.s. I also believe that street lights go out because of my nearness.
