Cricket got spayed! She's doing fine, just adjusting to her new party cone. Imagine Man in the Iron Mask, but instead it's a cat trapped in a Lady Gaga costume. She gets to take it off in 2 weeks, I think she's looking forward to it.
I KNEW IT! I knew I didn't lose those keys! Now I have two sets of keys, check out all these keys I got. Awww yeah.
We are finishing up volume 2 (I think we've done our last round of edits of the printer) so hopefully things are on track! Some of you asked about a special edition - we'll definitely offer that! Yuko and I are going to talk and work out what exactly that is, but when we knew we'll post it right here, no worries.
We've got more work to do, actually, so once again I gotta keep it short. We'll see you next week! Have a good weekend.
Here are the inks for the cover of volume 2! We are delivering the last of the book files tomorrow, and if all goes according to plan we'll have them in time for the holidays. Will keep you posted!

Yuko and I keep talking about cataloguing her mug collection and so that's just what's going on here. This is the tip of the mug iceberg. I think my favorite mug might be GIRL GIRL GIRL.

There was a period during which Yuko was into buying colors but recently it's been all greys! It's a good look on her.

Halloween is Monday and our next update is Tuesday, so you get this early Halloween comic! That's how the candy corn crumbles (that's a joke, candy corn is made of a highly durable substance). We were in Easthampton working with/visiting pals and I guess the elevator has a light switch? So KC made our day very spooky. We stayed with Rich, who's the best host with the best cats.
Yuko got pretty sick after NYCC and she's still a little under the weather. You know that feeling when you can feel illness coming on and you're all, "Bluuuuh nooooo" and it's all "Hey what's up let's hang out" and then you're all "Get outta here no one likes you" and it's all "hey I'm staying over for a few days that's cool right?" Oh, in unrelated news George is staying with us for a few days.
We're wiped after NYCC, here are some dragons from Yuko's notebook. Back to normal on Thursday!
