This is another left-handed comic! Yuko's taking it easy until she sees a doctor next week. But take a look at the archive ... they're starting to look more and more like regular right-handed comics! Bananas!

Cricket does this thing where she kind of spaces out and gazes into the distance and well, we have some ideas about that:

Oh dear. Yuko also did this comic left-handed! I think with each passing comic I forget more and more easily. Good job Yuko!

A couple of things I wanted to mention:

He says it in this weird cat voice - you can watch videos of other cats doing the same thing. Rook doesn't sound quite the same - when he says hello, it always lilts up at the end, like a question. Anyway, the first time he did it it was pretty creepy because it was in the dead of night and MAN, basically anything in the dead of night is super creepy. 

I didn't realize it was weird that I am right-handed but brush my teeth with my left - I actually do a lot of stuff with my left hand. Yuko doesn't! But she's learning. Johnny Wander, bringing you the finest in wiggly comics. 

So! It looks like we're nearing the end of our volume 1 stock VERY soon. We're debating our options, but in the meantime there are still some in the Topatoco store. We'll also be bringing the last of them to SPX!

Hey guys! Hope this week is treating you well so far. We mentioned that Yuko's having some hand troubles so we're doing some comics about hand troubles. You don't really think about all the things you do with your hand until you try to ease off it! And thanks for all the concern and advice, Yuko's got an appointment with the doc very soon.

ALRIGHT so this comic is patently untrue and I am not some jerk who lounges in the AC while Yuko bakes!! But it was funnier to frame it that way so we did. We tend to keep the AC on for part of the day so the cats don't melt (also so we don't melt). Anyway I hope you enjoyed this FICTION. I'M NOT A JERK!! You believe me right??

Hey guys, we're back from CTcon! Despite any, uh, difficult weather. 

I mentioned it briefly last week, but the new Benign Kingdom Kickstarter for the Fall 2012 collection is up right now! Four brand new artists, as well as options to get the previous Spring 2012 books are included. The new lineup is:

Don't freak out ... this comic is in COLOR!! We make exceptions for color if they add something to the strip. Yuko has a weird summer tanning process wherein her hair color is constantly coming closer and closer to her skin tone. SOON. 

We're at Connecticon this weekend! We'll have V1 & V2, the Benign Kingdom art book, prints and patches!

Oh nooo! Hang in there Yuko! I'm ordering you robot hands from Amazon.com and I've got prime so they'll be here in 2 days. Kidding aside, carpal sucks and Yuko is getting plenty of rest and doing all the doctor-prescribed hand exercises. This strip reminds me of another one that I really like. 

Connecticon is this weekend! We're going! It's Friday through Sunday in Hartford, CT. We'll have books and prints and maybe some other stuff? See you there!
