Looks like Delilah and her pal found lunch! We'll just help ourselves ...
We're thinking of making a print set out of this week's art - are you guys interested? Let us know in the comments!
We'll be at Connecticon next week! We'll bring tees and maybe a Maw figurine or two, so catch us early! And speaking of tees, I mentioned it last week: PaleontoLOLgy and ZooLOLogy tees are back in stock!
That's all from us! Have a good weekend, everyone!
Hey everyone! Summer is here, which means it's time for the beach! Cute. We have three fiction stories lined up and ready to go when we have time - a longer Maidens installment, a new short, and another Girl with the Skeleton Hand story. All already written! Can't wait.
We've gotten into the habit of watching Bones over dinner, which is often problematic because every episode opens with the grossest, most graphic corpse you can imagine. Each show seems to be out to one up the previous in this regard, and it's become a contest around the apartment to force ourselves to eat through these sequences.
That is precisely the face that Conrad made ... some creatures are better left to the imagination! This little guy would get hunted to extinction pretty quick ... the Quesodillo really does turn it into a race. It's right up there with the Guaca-mole, which, incidentally, goes pretty well with your Quesodillo.
That's the end of the mini-arc! I've already written out the first Maidens story, so we'll be tackling that when we can. Hope you enjoyed it!
Yuko's Threadless design is still up for voting - if you have a moment and can toss in your vote, that would be great. Thanks!
is the sound it made.
If this feels familiar, that's because it is. The barbecue mushrooming actually happened back when Aaron visited, but it didn't come up recently because of the bookshelf incident. Oh god, does that count as continuity? I'm so sorry.
Some of my buddies from DC came up to visit, and they were kind enough to help us move the couch. Thanks guys! Yuko couldn't draw them all here. This couch wasn't as bad as the one we had to move from Rochester to Rockville ... solid wood frame, queen-size foldout bed. It was a monster. Oof.
Tees in the store are partially restocked - you can snag some PaleontoLOLgy or Mawzantine Crest shirts if you like.
See you Thursday!
