New art over on Yuko's tumblr

Thu, 11/07/2013 - 22:09 by Ananth in response to Lucky Penny - 081

Wasn't this supposed to be... a date... Walter??

Yuko's been posting some new stuff to her tumblr recently, including the Katamari cousin she designed for Namco High, an illustration she did for the Homestuck calendar, and some personal work!

Catch you next week!

Process Post 1

Thu, 08/30/2012 - 12:08 by Ananth in response to process post 1: business card

Hey guys! Here's the first of the process posts, as I talked about on Tuesday. This one outlines how we set about creating our latest iteration of business cards. Read it like a magazine.

If that's not enough, you can also check out Yuko's process post on Tumblr about an illustration she's doing for one of the Benign Kingdom posters! Pretty sweet.

Slight change to update schedule

Extra-tall comic today. That baby was pretty cute! A calming presence. Oh and this is a right-handed comic, for anyone keeping track.

It's not a contest (but it totally is)

Thu, 01/20/2011 - 15:32 by Ananth in response to the return of sweetie pie

Yuko has mentioned the sweet potato plant in comics past - we left for one weekend and we came back it had exploded! Yuko was very pleased. I'm waiting for it to outgrow its pot and choke us in our sleep. You'll see.

Don't listen to him

Tue, 12/21/2010 - 18:17 by Ananth in response to terrible terrible food science

EDIT: Reader Nate and his lovely girlfriend sent us a corrected version of the comic. Thanks guys!

True story: I once made grilled cheese with a hairdryer in college! The girl I borrowed it from wanted nothing to do with me after she found out. ): And the grilled cheese turned out bad, too - so not worth it.

I have yet to take the plunge, which is odd - I'm usually the one with the sweet tooth. I don't know how I feel about that oily residue, though -- it doesn't sound appetizing? I'm going to wait for independent confirmation (i.e. you guys and gals). Some of you must have tried this! Google yields real results, so this is definitely a thing that people do.
